First floor has an auditorium which is air conditioned. It has 555 plush push back chair spaciously placed to avoid congestion. The stage is very large suitable for any purpose. Weddings can be performed, conferences can be held. The stage has 2 rooms attached with toilets and 2 green rooms. The stage has a picture window overlooking the beautiful lotus pond. The auditorium is acoustically designed.

The ground floor has a main hall which can accommodate 500 guests. This can be used as a dining hall or a meeting hall. It is stylishly designed. Attached to this is a mini hall with a capacity for 100 guests. Both the halls can be used as a single unit. They are beautifully designed with subdued lighting and are acoustically designed. There is a spacious kitchen to take care of all the catering needs and with ample water. In the basement we have the parking facilities.

The auditorium only can be used for conferences, meetings, product launching or any type of gathering for example ICFAI, Apollo Hospital had their conferences. Tata crucible Quiz and CRY Quiz were held here.

Telugu film industry has their audio launching and other celebrations. So it is suitable for any kind of programmes.

The ground floor can be utilized to host exclusive Lunch / Dinner programmes. It is suitable to hold product exhibitions. Any kind of displays can be done here. Meetings like sales reviews, project assessment etc can be held
